Speaking of Steve...saw him the other night at our local county fair...I live a few towns over from him...

was he holding court at one of the beer tents, all fucked up on the painkillers he's taking for his shoulder? I'm glad Aerosmith is kicking his sorry ass to the curb, I've had the last 2 Aerosmith concerts I was supposed to be going to cancelled because of him, I'll never pay for another ticket to an Aerosmith show again as long as he's the singer, completely unreliable now and I'm not the only one who feels this way

I hope Steven gets it together again, I love Aerosmith but am pissed at the current situation within the band,by the way plenty of great seats available for Tuesdays Cruefest in Saratoga Springs NY, try to make it if you can

  This show for me was special from a personal standpoint.  I had the honor of taking my 14 year old son to his first concert.  Is there such a thing as Motley blood running through our family veins?  LMAO!  I am a diehard fan and have seen over 50 concerts throughout the years and what a great ride it has been!  And to share this concert with my son was special.  My son is a die hard Crue fan as well!

Much like the previous posts, I too noticed the timing and pyro issues.  I was disappointed that T Bone wasn't smashing the shit out of his kit.  T Bone really is a special drummer and his playing is usually my favorite part of a Crue concert. Taking him out really made a difference in the sound quality as well.  It appeared to me that perhaps there could have been a better choice for a fill in though.  I think somebody from one of the Motley Crue tribute bands would have been a better replacement as they know the material.  But, I agree that any Crue is better than no Crue. 

However, I appreciate the band and their efforts as one day soon, they won't be touring any more.  So any and all chances I get to see them, I will.  I am amazed that the band is still going and even more amazed at how many great songs they have made over the years.  Motley knows how to put on a show that rivals no other!  Going to a Crue concert is an event with lots of extras that have you leaving wanting more.  I love how the crowd was into the show even with a downer like the heat and that was one hot night!

I hope the Crue gets some much deserved rest and comes back next summer for Cruefest 3!  I would be happy also if they bagged the "Fest" idea and reverted back to the Carnival of Sins type set-up.  First half old school crue with second half new crue!
