MOTLEY CRUE ROCKS 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND KICKING OFF THEIR FINAL TOUR IN FRONT OF A SOLD OUT AUDIENCE

BAND INVITED AMERICAN VETERANS TO MILWAUKEE SHOW

SHOW FEATURES NEW, OVER THE TOP PRODUCTION INCLUDING “CRUCIFLY” DRUM RIDE

Final Tour photo #1 New York, NY (July 7, 2014) – Mötley Crüe’s Final Tour, presented by the Dodge brand and produced by Live Nation kicked off in Grand Rapids at the Van Andel Arena on July 2, with the band’s biggest and most elaborate production to date, among many other surprises. The show takes fans through the infamous years of the band with their biggest hits like "Kickstart My Heart," "Dr Feelgood," and "Home Sweet Home", as well as some fan selected surprises featured on the set list.

Mötley Crüe once again pushed the envelope with their production for the FINAL TOUR to present fans with the most mind blowing show featuring elements such as Nikki Sixx's flame throwing bass (projecting flames over 30 feet into the air igniting a giant metal ball of spikes floating over the center of the stage) and Tommy Lee's brand new "Crüecifly" drum solo which caters to even the seats in the back of the house by flying out over the audience, rotating end over end. Check out highlights of the show here:

“If indeed this truly is the end, it’s a hell of a way to go”. Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 7/4/2014

Hinting at another one of the highights of the show, Vince Neil (vocals) notes: “It’s been an emotional experience to see all four original band members singing in unison over the entire audience”

"Knowing that we're on what is Mötley Crüe's Final Tour is emotional for fans and band alike but we want this tour to be a celebration of 3+ decades of the band and our music and we're here to give our very best and push it over the edge one more time. We've always done things our own way in Mötley Crüe and this will be no exception. Going out on top allows us to do what we always set out to do and that is to leave our legacy intact", explains Nikki Sixx (bass).

During their 4th of July stop at Milwaukee’s Summerfest, the band celebrated Independence Day with America’s finest, meeting with military veterans to give back and honor those protecting freedom.
